Grilled turkey thigh with vegetables

INGREDIENTS:

  • Thick slices of cooked turkey thigh
  • Green asparagus
  • Mushrooms
  • Extra virgin olive oil

METHOD:

Sauté the asparagus and mushrooms in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Once done, remove them from the pan and add the slices of cooked turkey thigh and grill on both sides. Serve.
