False carbonara with pastrami and mushrooms (4 servings)
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g diced Turkey Pastrami
- 400g Spaghetti
- 150g Sliced white mushrooms
- 200ml cooking cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
METHOD:
Bring salted water to a boil and add the pasta. For the sauce, dice the turkey pastrami and slice the mushrooms. Sautée them both together. Once sautéed, add the cream, bring it to a boil and add the Parmesan. Add salt and plenty of pepper (to taste). Once the pasta is cooked, strain and add it to the sauce. Give it a couple of good stirs to coat it with the sauce and serve.
