Chicken rolls with cooked ham
INGREDIENTS:
- Slices of cooked ham
- Chicken fillets
- Gouda cheese
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
METHOD:
Layer a slice of cooked ham onto a piece of chicken fillet, then top with a slice of gouda cheese. Roll it up. Beat an egg on a plate. Dip the roll in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs until it is well covered, then fry it in a hot pan with a little olive oil, until it is golden brown. Serve with steamed broccoli as a side.
