Avocado and turkey pastrami toast
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 fine slices of Turkey Pastrami
- 4 slices of bread to taste (whole wheat, cereals, farmhouse etc.)
- Edible flowers or micro greens
- 2 Big avocados
- 1 Lime or lemon
- 2 Pear tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
METHOD:
Open the avocados, remove the stone and the flesh with the help of a spoon. Mash the flesh and season it with salt, pepper and a splash of lime or lemon. Cover with foil or clingfilm, trying to get as close to the surface of the avocado as possible to reduce the amount of air so that it does not oxidize, then refrigerate. Toast the bread and cut the tomato into slices. Spread the avocado on the toast, add the tomato slices and top each with two slices of Pastrami. Decorate with edible flowers or micro greens to taste.
