Vegetable stir fry with diced pastrami and Jang sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • Turkey Pastrami
  • 10 Mini corn cobs
  • Jang or soy sauce
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Carrot
  • 8 Asparagus
  • 1 Courgette
  • 2 Broccoli
  • 1 Onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil

METHOD:

Chop all the vegetables into your preferred shape. Stir fry them with a little extra virgin olive oil. At the last moment, add the turkey Pastrami strips and a splash of Jang or soy sauce.
