Roast Iberian shoulder of pork, figs (or pears) and quark cheese sandwich
INGREDIENTS:
- Slices of roast Iberian shoulder
- Slices of German bread
- Figs or pears (to taste)
- Quark cheese
METHOD:
Place slices of roast Iberian shoulder on slices of German bread, then add the figs or pears (slices) according to taste or any other seasonal fruits from the market and top with quark cheese. Grill the sandwich before serving.
