MOS organic Vela chorizo from Casa Boix is made from lean meat and fat from pigs fed with organically-farmed cereals, without antibiotics, GMOs, or dioxins and raised in the open air and with small shelters at their disposal to protect them from the cold and heat. The slow pace of our process and the selection of the best organic spices guarantee a natural and highly authentic product.
