Iberian cooked ham sandwich with cream cheese and artichoke hearts
INGREDIENTS:
- Slivers of cooked Iberian ham
- Vienna bread
- Preserved artichoke hearts
- Cream cheese
METHOD:
Cut open the vienna bread and spread it with the cream cheese. Drain the artichoke hearts well, then slice them and add them on top. Finish the sandwich with plenty of slivers of cooked Iberian ham.
