Grilled turkey thigh

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked turkey thigh slices
  • Half lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

METHOD:

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, and when it is hot quickly grill the turkey thigh slices on both sides. Serve on a plate with half a lemon squeezed on top. Season with a pinch of salt, a little pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
