Cream of pumpkin with cooked smoked Iberian bacon
INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked and smoked Iberian bacon
- Cream of pumpkin
- Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD:
In a pan with very hot olive oil, fry the slices of cooked and smoked Iberian bacon until crisp. Leave it to drain on kitchen paper so that some of the oil is removed. Heat up the cream of pumpkin and top with the crispy smoked Iberian bacon. Serve hot.
