Carpaccio of smoked cooked ham with pineapple and cottage cheese

INGREDIENTS:

  • Finely sliced smoked cooked ham
  • Thinly sliced pineapple
  • Cottage cheese

METHOD:

Arrange the finely sliced smoked cooked ham on a plate. Cover with the thinly sliced pineapple, and scatter a few grains of cottage cheese on top.
