El pastrami ha anat evolucionant i actualment el sandvitx de pastrami \u00e9s tota una refer\u00e8ncia als EUA. Tend\u00e8ncia que ha arribat tamb\u00e9 a Europa. Hi ha molts tipus de pastrami, variant el tipus de carn, esp\u00e8cies utilitzades, fumat i assecat o cocci\u00f3. A Casa Boix, tenint en compte els nous h\u00e0bits de consum, vam presentar el nostre Pastrami de gall dindi. Macerem els pits de gall dindi amb esp\u00e8cies, per donar-li un lleuger toc fumat amb fusta natural de faig i posteriorment realitzem una cocci\u00f3 lenta a mitja-temperatura. El resultat final \u00e9s un delici\u00f3s Pastrami de Gall dindi, amb un gust intens d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies i amb els beneficis de la carn de gall dindi: carn blanca i amb baix contingut en greix. \u00c9s un producte ideal per combinar amb molts aliments que ens ajudar\u00e0 a gaudir de saludables receptes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 talls fins de Pastrami de gall dindi<\/li>\n<li>30 gr. de Pesto<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>Torradetes<\/li>\n<li>1 Burrata<\/li>\n<li>Escates de sal Maldon<\/li>\n<li>Per als tom\u00e0quets cherry estofats: 250 gr. de Tom\u00e0quets cherry de colors. 45 gr. de Sucre. Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tallem els tom\u00e0quets cherry per la meitat i els posem en una paella antiadherent amb un raig d&#8217;oli. Ho deixem a foc lent, sempre vigilant que no s&#8217;enganxin. Als 5 minuts afegirem el sucre i dues cullerades d&#8217;aigua. Deixarem coure fins que la pell comenci a enlairar-se. Amanim amb sal i pebre, essent generosos amb el pebre. Retirem i deixem refredar. Ha de quedar dol\u00e7. En un plat gran estenem el Pastrami, donant-li una mica de volum. Posem la burrata al mig, repartim els cherrys freds i el pesto. Amanim amb pebre m\u00f2lt al moment, sal Maldon i un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge.
